- Live processing status while files are importing, with in-line resolution and duplicate detection right in the worklist

- The system now learns and remembers corrected supplier and project names for future uploads
- Automatic variance check and approval routing as soon as documents are uploaded

Fixes
- Quotes can no longer be attached to the same project more than once
- Clearer messaging when the same document is selected for processing twice
- Supplier information now appears correctly in generated emails
- Fixed discrepancy emails incorrectly showing “no problems / no quote found” for some invoices
