CheckIT Technologies Inc. engages the following third-party subprocessors to help deliver the CheckIT Platform™. Each subprocessor is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement (checkitapps.com/dpa).
Per our DPA (Section 6.3), we provide at least 30 days’ advance written notice before adding or replacing any subprocessor that processes personal information. Subscribe to notifications at checkitapps.com/subprocessors.
Current Subprocessors
Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation)
• Purpose: Cloud hosting, OCR, storage, compute, and telemetry for the CheckIT Platform. Primary infrastructure provider.
• Data Location: United States
• Active Since: 2024
OpenAI, L.L.C.
• Purpose: Generative AI and NLP for discrepancy analysis, dispute drafting, and document summaries.
• AI Training Status: Training on Customer Data is disabled. Customer Data is not retained by OpenAI and is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve their general-purpose or foundation AI models.
• Data Location: United States
• Active Since: 2024
Anthropic, PBC
• Purpose: Generative AI and NLP for discrepancy analysis, dispute drafting, and document summaries.
• AI Training Status: Training on Customer Data is disabled. Customer Data is not retained by Anthropic and is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve their general-purpose or foundation AI models.
• Data Location: United States
• Active Since: 2024
Stripe, Inc.
• Purpose: Payment processing, billing, and subscription management. Full payment-card data is stored by Stripe only (PCI-DSS compliant); CheckIT does not store full card numbers.
• Data Location: United States
• Active Since: 2024
Resend, Inc.
• Purpose: Transactional email delivery (e.g., dispute summaries, account notifications, billing receipts).
• Data Location: United States
• Active Since: 2024
Notification of Changes
CheckIT will provide at least 30 days’ advance written notice before adding or replacing any subprocessor that processes personal information. Notice will be given by email to your registered address and/or by updating this page.
To subscribe to subprocessor change notifications, visit checkitapps.com/subprocessors and enter your email address.
Per Section 6.4 of the DPA, you may object to a new subprocessor in writing within 30 days of notice on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds. Email help@checkitapps.com with subject “Subprocessor Objection.”
